oh, change.

"the seasons have changed and so have we." -Death Cab for Cutie

and so today while i was walking home from school,
i seen this lovely bunch of flowers.
simply changing colors due to the change of season.
that word used to terrify me.
change is a good thing,
and sometimes change is something that needs to happen.
but right now, change, is the last thing i want.
everything lately for me has been going pretty awesomely.

(aside from the fact that physics makes me want to jump out of a window,
i'm just going to take that out of the equation.)

i guess in some cases, change is good.
but it certainly is not easy.
people always change,
but when they realize how hard it is to change for the better,
they go for the worse.

i have recently realized that everyone has changed so much..
all the people who used to be my friends around here,
are completely different people now.

i’m glad everything turned out the way it did.

i definitely would not want to be stuck in the past,
even if it did feel perfect at the time.

time changes,
it’s ridiculous,
but it does.

i got it good now.

i need to keep working hard.

learning from what i’ve seen,
lots of people have failed,
because they didn’t want to leave their comfort zone,
their happiness,
something in them believed,
nothing would ever change.

but people do.
but thankfully,
as you progress,
you meet people who have changed for the better,
that fits for you.
that changes you,
for the better.

"no one can change a person, but someone can be a persons reason to change"- Spongebob

when it feels like it's to good to be true,
can’t get any better,
can’t get any worse,
if you look at the sentences long enough,

they are all true.

don’t be discouraged,
by the things life throws at you.
life’s just a jerk.
and jerks are supposed to do that.
but you can clean those things off,
and show the beauty behind it.

theres always something behind the appearance,
always a lost door,
that needs to be found,
with a lost key,
that needs to be found,
a locked door,
that needs to be unlocked,
a door to walk through.

then a whole new journey awaits the other side.

there are both easy and difficult steps in life,
in sections,
everywhere and anywhere.

review of erebus

waste of $23.
the first 3 rooms were awesome and scary,
after that it really wasn't all that,
i mean,
plastic dinosaurs aren't exactly my idea of scary.

pft, 2nd scariest haunter house in America my butt.
I've been in better,
much, much better.

another thing that made it really annoying was that i was in the front of the line because the people i was with were like major babies,
and they were all literally screaming in my ears.
i think i'm partially deaf for the day.
and also, in the "elevator" *cough, cough  small wooden box*,
they were flashing strobe lights right at us for literally 5 minutes straight,
it gave me a headache, and i felt like i had to throw up.
i mean,
i know it says don't go in if you have epilepsy,
but anyone getting strobe lights flashed in there face for 5 minutes will not like that,
at all.

i mean,
maybe i'm just not scared of haunted houses?
but it's definitely not worth waiting in a line that wraps around like 4 blocks for 2 hours,
and it is NOT worth $23.
but if you get scared easily and you like haunted houses,
go for it.
you might like it.

but those of you who are haunted house freaks like me,
i do not recommend it.

but the plus of the night was staying up all night with Jenny.
it was a good time,
i missed her sooo much.
i've known this girl since literally before i was born and seeing her again was awesome.
but now i'm tired.
very tired.
next time, i vote sleep.

i'm also really disappointed that right now i'm still in michigan.
i want to be in illinois.
so i can be going to youth group.
i hate skipping :c

smiles from God.

you need to step outside,
get some air,
and remind yourself of who you are,
and who you want to be."
- unknown.

You might just find a lovely tree,
with a smiley face on it.
Thanks for the little things like that, God.
You made my day.

Reasons why I love autumn.

1. The trees are just lovely. Look at all those wonderous colors, they're beautiful

2. I don't have to see all the girls at my school with shorts that are WAY.TOO.SHORT. OMG.

3. The coldness is cool, everyone likes to layer.

4. Obviously it's... PUMPKIN CARVING TIME :D

5. It's just a perfect time to sit outside with a nice cup of tea and some lovely tunes.

6. Anyone wanna take me on a hayride?

7. The night is so much darker, i love it.
